About our cottages
The five cottages are set around a courtyard and are close to the heated indoor swimming pool, games room and children’s play area. Cars are not permitted in front of the cottages to provide a safe environment for your family and pets.
Fully equipped for your comfort
All cottages are well equipped and comfortable. They have flat screen TVs with Freeview and DVD player. Every kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, DAB radio, kettle, toaster, a cafetière and tea towels. Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge. We supply stair gates if you need one for toddlers. We provide towels and only ask you to bring your beach towels for the indoor heated swimming pool. We want you to relax as soon as you arrive at your cottage. So, you will find milk and apple juice in the fridge, plus tea, coffee and cake for a quick snack before you unpack the car.
We also provide all bed linen, a set of table games, a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, picnic table, games room, books/magazines to borrow, indoor heated pool, play area, a paddock for watching the sun go down. Each room is independently heated and all electricity is included in the price you pay.
Always something to do!
The games room has a table tennis table, pay-to-play pool and table football, a selection of board games, books and DVDs for guests to borrow.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Woodhall - the walks here are great. Above the car park is a paddock with views over Dartmoor, where there’s room to exercise and play with your dog.
